Heading back through the ground floor, guests will find a cosy billiards room with an open fireplace, and enormous open-plan living and dining room with seating for 12 and a TV featuring all the international channels. On the same floor there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a WC for daytime use, and an office with open views of the terrace and upper garden area.
